1-Year Manufacturer Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage

We warrant that the product you purchase from Turbo-Guard® (the “Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase (the “Warranty Period”).

2. What Is Covered

During the Warranty Period, if the Product is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship under normal use and service, we will, at our option:

  • Repair the Product, or

  • Replace the Product with the same or a comparable model.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid only with proof of purchase.

3. What Is Not Covered

This manufacturer warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or failure to follow instructions.

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or deformation.

  • Modifications, alterations, or use in competition or non-intended applications.

  • Loss, theft, or consequential damages (including labor or installation costs).

4. Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim:

  2. Provide your name, order number, date of purchase, and a description of the defect.

  3. Include photographs or videos showing the defect when requested.

We may require inspection of the Product before honoring a claim.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective Product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Product.

6. Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the state or jurisdiction where the Product was purchased.
