Shipping, Returns and Lead-times

All international customers are responsible for paying all customs fees and taxes associated with the purchase. We have no control over the customs documentation or cost associated with your purchase. This is all calculated by Shopfiy. 

Everything we do is handcrafted made to order. This is how we offer over 50K variations of guards. This however does slow down things from time to time. For domestic customers we have an updated lead-time beside all shipping options. For international customers only the delivery service time will be shown. Typical leadtime for all orders is around 2 weeks. 

RETURNS: All Returns must be started within 7 days of you receiving the item. It’s simple, if it’s our fault we will take care of you. There will be no cost associated with getting it taken care of. If you ordered the wrong size you are 100% responsible for the return of the item. The item still has to be in the factory plastic wrapper. There is a $20 fee associated with exchanges for another size or if you would like a refund. Ordering the wrong size is a huge issue and it really slows down our process.
